Enneagram Workshops Include:

  • This is a three hour virtual workshop designed for a wide audience of people, from those who’ve never heard of the Enneagram to those who want to know more. Perfect for staff team building, churches, non-profits, organizations.   • This four hour virtual retreat-style workshop is for couples of all kinds who want to live their best life…together! In this workshop couples will experience a proactive way to focus on both themself and their relationship, including strengths, challenges and dreams. In this retreat, I will teach you about the Enneagram tool and how each type is in a relationship. Gain insights for communicating with your partner with ways that work for each of you…and learn what doesn’t work! This powerful tool accelerates self-awareness and awareness of our partner, which leads to greater empathy and understanding. With this framework, we will springboard into visioning, individually and as a couple.   • This is a vital addition to your child’s school preparation. The strategies gained in this 2 hour workshop will empower your teen with real-life, proven techniques to physically calm stress, anxiousness and overwhelm. Learning to access all three centers of intelligence is a superpower that strengthens overall health and well being. In this workshop, they will learn:

    -Practical ways to calm themselves physiologically and psychologically.

    -Breathing techniques to prevent panic attacks and a spinning mind.

    -Reframing: Using the Think Feel Act Cycle - a tool to notice thoughts and feelings that result in actions; giving control over thoughts.

    -And have some time to practice real ways to calm the nervous system by tapping into the vagus nerve.

  • The Grief Sensitivity Training was created to help a team of non-profit professionals interact with their clients in an intentional way. The circumstances surrounding the interactions involve loss, death or illness of various types for these people, the training empowered them with real strategies for conversation. The agenda included Understanding Grief, Understanding Oneself, Practical Tools and Tips for Having Hard Conversations, Role Play, How to End a Conversation. The outcome of the workshop included a practical summary sheet employees could use, self-awareness and understanding of grief, and a feeling of empowerment and confidence to fulfill their mission of helping people going through very difficult times of grief.
