Sometimes life makes it very hard for YOU to prioritize YOU! If it is helpful, you are welcome to bring your stroller baby. I love babies and babies love and need healthy parents.

We've got options to make the most of your time:
Meet at the trail with comfortable, waterproof gear
Meet virtually (Via Zoom or FaceTime)
Meet at my indoor studio
Bring your furry friend.
Maybe your baby is your dog. I get it. If it’s not too much of a distraction for you, feel free to bring your furry friend.
We meet at a designated location for our 60-minute session together.
You choose pace and length of the walk (10, 20, 55 min?) but be assured we have the whole time to talk.
